How do I get a copy of my Trustly Report?

To get copy of your Trustly report, do the following:

  1. Log into the Consumer Portal.
  2. Select the Profile icon on the right
  3. Select Account Report, and then select Download transaction history. An email will be sent to the address on file with a PDF copy of your report attached.
