What are merchant reconciliation reports?

There are two types of reconciliation reports available to merchants.

  • Reconciliation Report (P11KREC)
  • RTP Reconciliation Report (P11KRTP)

The contents of these reports are described below.
Note: The file names for these reports follow a set format that cannot be changed. See below for examples.

Reconciliation Report (P11KREC)

The Reconciliation Report, also called the P11KREC Report, contains all transactions created the previous day.
For example, a report for Tuesday, August 23rd, shows all transactions created on Monday, August 22nd (12 AM - 11:59 PM UTC).

Report name format: P11KREC-{Merchant ID}-{Start date time}-{End date time}-{Sequence}.csv
Example: P11KREC-9999999999-20220822080000-20220823080000-0001of0001.csv

RTP Reconciliation Report (P11KRTP)

The Reconciliation Report, also called the P11KRTP Report, is a separate report available only to merchants using RTP functionality.
This report contains RTP transactions created during a specific time period.

Report name format: P11KRTP-{Merchant ID}-{Start date time}-{End date time}-{Sequence}.csv
Example: P11KRTP-9999999999-20220822080000-20220823080000-0001of0001.csv
