How do I remove a user from Merchant Portal?

To remove a Merchant Portal User, do the following:


  1. Open Merchant Portal.
  2. From your user drop-down menu in the upper right, select User Management.
  3. Locate the user that needs to be removed.
    Note: If your list of names is lengthy, press CTRL+F, or CMD+F, to find the name on the page.
  4. Click Remove.
    A Remove User confirmation pop up displays.
  5. Click Yes to remove the user.
